    The ALE  Hercules machine range is our moving laser system design where the laser source(s), and ALE beam delivery head is traversed across the face of the workpiece/cylinder. Commonly used for the production of: ceramic anilox rolls - embossing rolls - flexographic plates and sleeves - tile printing rolls - specialist gravure rolls - security printing rolls - applicator rolls -letterpress plates, and many others.

    The ALE Meridian machine range is our moving cylinder, (workpiece), design where the cylinder or roller is traversed across the laser source(s)/ALE beam delivery head  during processing. This design provides flexibility for applications that require multiple sources for high speed processing such as flexography - dry offset/letterpress.

  We supply a smaller machine call the 'ALE Finesse' which is available with a single laser source only. The Finesse is ideal for narrow web machines in flexo and letterpress, narrow web ceramic anilox production or other smaller roll printing/embossing requirements.
