The ALE  MBA engraving head is compatible with our fibre laser technology, in 50, 100, 200 and soon 500 watt power levels .The MBA engraving head system gives high productivity, high quality and high volume anilox roller production with low running cost associated with fibre lasers. The MBA can be operated in 2,3 or 4 beam modes for standard anilox pattern geometries. With M.A.D. engraving feature, cell profiles are better controlled and lower line screen engraving is more easily achievable.

The MBA head can be used in other modes of engraving such as Multi-hit, Custom Cell, Graphical anilox, X-Cell and Cobra.
